• Applies to clients who are uninsured or not using insurance.

• Includes total expected costs of non-emergency services, such as session fees, assessments, or related services.

• You will receive a written Good Faith Estimate at least one (1) business day before your first scheduled appointment.

• You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling services.

• If your bill is $400 or more than the Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the charge.

• Save a copy or picture of your estimate for your records.
