Insurance Accepted
I am currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) — Now Accepting

If you are insured through one of these providers, sessions may be covered according to your specific plan benefits. Clients are encouraged to verify coverage, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance directly with their insurance carrier prior to their first appointment.

Out-of-Network (OON) Insurance
If your insurance plan is not listed above, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
Many clients with OON benefits are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services. A superbill can be provided after each session for you to submit to your insurance company.

Private Pay Session Fees
For clients choosing private pay, the following fees apply:

Individual Therapy (50–60 minutes): $120 per session

Couples Therapy (50–60 minutes): $150 per session

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) (60+ minutes): $150 per session

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment options.

Sliding Scale Options
A limited number of sliding scale appointments may be available for those who qualify. Please contact me directly to discuss availability and eligibility.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
