Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big, and I want to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. You’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about my approach and see if we’re a good fit — or, if you’re ready to begin, you can request to schedule your first session right away.

  • Phone Number (optional, but helpful if you prefer a call)

  • Reason for Reaching Out – indicate if you’d like a free consultation or want to schedule a session

  • Brief Description of Your Goals or Concerns – a few sentences about what brings you to therapy

If you have general questions about therapy, services, or fees, you can also use the contact form to reach out. I’ll respond promptly to provide the information you need and help guide your next steps.
